Interview Preparation
Job Interview Questions and Answers should be researched thoroughly and filtered to give you a clear and concise folder from which to work. While Job Interview Questions are mostly standard they may be asked in different ways. You must therefore type up several variations of each of the standard questions to enable you to become familiar with the question in various guises.
Prepare answers to these common Interview Questions and type them up as you would vocalise them. Use your own voice and expressions (avoiding slang). Practise saying them aloud or tape yourself and play it back to hear how it sounds. Keep your answers relevant and impactful. Do not stray from the point or waffle on and on. Sound positive and enthusiastic. Be clear in your goals for the future. Have a three to five year Plan. Do not sound arrogant or bored.
Do not learn off the answers as this will come across as being rehearsed and stilted. You don’t want to sound like a bad actor in a boring play. Review your answers before each Job Interview to refresh your mind and get you in the Zone Set out your pages in a Question and Answer Format .

What is your greatest Strength?

I pride myself on my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be awkward or difficult situations.
Sample answer 2
My greatest strength is my ability to focus on my work. I am not easily distracted from the big picture.
When you are asked about your strengths it is important to highlight attributes that will qualify you for the job. You may be asked how your greatest strength helped your performance on the job. Your answer should relate your strengths to the job specification and your ability to perform.

What is your greatest Weakness?

I tended to work on one project to its completion before starting another one, but I have learned how to juggle effectively and work on many projects at the one time. I think this allows me to be more creative and effective in each one. It has also improved my confidence in my abilities.
Sample answer 2
Being organised wasn’t my greatest strength, but I attended a course in Time Management which has greatly helped my organisational skills.
There are various ways of answering this question. You can mention one that isn’t really that important for the job, skills you are improving on or turn a negative into a positive.

What is your greatest fear of a particular question being asked? Deal with it by asking the question and preparing an answer with which you are comfortable.
